CONNECTING PEOPLE.

STRENGTHENING COMMUNITIES.

War Horse Cities CDC is committed to creating long-term positive impact in overlooked communities by programming spaces, developing real-estate, and supporting programs and community partners that promote healthy lifestyles, collaboration and community building in work and play, support of public servants, and innovative solutions to community interests.  We drive economic revitalization through business and neighborhood redevelopment strategies designed to improve the quality of life for residents and increase business growth & sustainability.

We have pursued an expansive portfolio in the Baltimore Hollins Roundhouse Community to redevelop a significant amount of residential and commercial properties.  In addition to property rehabilitation, we actively support community partners such as James McHenry Elementary/Middle School where we have provided education programming packages for innovative hands-on learning opportunities. We also support local business by hosting community engagement events that bring residents and business owners together to work collaboratively to strengthen the community.
